Suffolk Salami Co
Our Semi-dried Chorizo won a 2 * Gold Award at the Great British Taste Awards. This is a great chorizo which can either be eaten as part of a tapas/antipasta plate or delicious in recipes, livens up all dishes. Packed in twos, approx 180 gram for the two. These are also available by mail order.
On Sunday 20th June 2009 Sheila Dillon and her crew featured Suffolk Salami as part of the BBC Food Programme. The main jist of the programme was about Italian products which are now made in the UK including Ricotta and our Suffolk Salami.
We recently attended the Real Food Festival at Earls Court in London. In September we will be attending Speciality Fine Food at Olympia.
We are now working very closely with Diaper Poultry www.diaperpoultry.co.uk who are acting as our distributors to areas outside of Suffolk. They will be able to supply a wide range of our products including the Semi Dried Chorizo, sliced and whole salami, our Cabanossy (polish hot smoked sausage) as well as smoked and unsmoked bacon and other meat products.
