Mixed box of The Little Oinker Fennel and original Box of 20 x 50g
A delicious snack salami made on our family pork using our won freedom approved pork.
With our Original we add a little pepper, cardamom, paprika, and caraway before lightly smoking them over oak and beech chippings. They are then air dried until they are ready to eat. Our Fennel we add salt, spices, fennel seeds and garlic to our pork before drying them until they are ready to eat.
We enjoy these snack salami either on their own or adding them to a charcuterie board.

Suffolk Salami with Fennel We love the subtle aniseed flavour which carries through in this snack salami. If you like an aromatic aftertaste, then this is the one for you.
Ideal for adding to a charcuterie board or just enjoying as a snack either on its own or with a nice glass of wine or a pint of beer.
Storage Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5˚c. To enjoy our salami at its best we recommend consuming before its best before date.
Prepared with 155g pork per 100g. Filled into Natural hog casings.
Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.
