Suffolk Salami with red wine and peppercorns aka the veteran
This was the first salami to be made and we never get tired of it.

This classic combination makes it a great addition to any charcuterie board. If you enjoy a glass of wine, we recommend pairing with a low tannin red such as Beaujolais or even a white with a reasonable amount of acidity such as a Champagne or Prosecco.

Suffolk Salami with Rosemary
Made using rosemary picked from our garden we love the herbaceous and earthy undertones.

If you enjoy a glass of wine then we would pair with a southern French red from the Rhone valley or an Italian red such as a Chianti.

Suffolk Chorizo with Pimenton de la Vera paprika
This popular favourite can be enjoyed on its own or to be used in cooking. When heated, delicious oils are released adding extra aromatic flavour to your dish.

If you enjoy wine and Spanish tapas is on the menu we recommend pairing with a dry sherry such as a Fino or a Manzanilla.

The Little Oinker the original

We make these snack salami on our family farm using our own pork which has been outdoor bred and finished in open straw barns. We add salt, spices and garlic to our pork before lightly smoking them over oak and beech chipping. They are then air dried until ready to eat

The little Oinker with Fennel
We love the subtle aniseed flavour which carries through in this snack salami. If you like an aromatic aftertaste, then this is the one for you.

Ideal for adding to a charcuterie board or just enjoying as a snack either on its own or with a nice glass of wine or a pint of beer.

 

Storage
Our Suffolk Chorizo and Little Oinkers are Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5˚c. To enjoy our salami at its best we recommend consuming before its best before date.

Filled into a collagen casing.

Prepared with 155g pork per 100g.

Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.

LAST ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS- Our last date for Christmas order will on Wednesday 15th December and we will reopen our shop on Tuesday 4th January.

For Orders to Main land England and Wales: These are despatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of order. We use Parcel Force, express24 as our courier service. Delivery is free for orders over £50 and £4.50 for orders under £50. 

For orders to other areas within the United Kingdom:  These are despatched using Royal Mail and we can not guarantee next day delivery. Delivery is free for orders over £50 and £4.50 for orders under £50.
