We have created the perfect weekend Hamper for you to either share or give to a loved one.

There is a pack of our dry cured Smoked Back Bacon to start off your weekend with a lovely bacon sandwich, followed with a pack of our mixed Charcuterie and Sliced Rosemary salami to help you create that delicious sharing platter while a fiery meal is being prepared in the kitchen using our Diced Cooking Chorizo. We have also thrown some of our little oinkers in in case your loved ones gets peckish through out the day.

We have selected this hamper to help create a perfect weekend. Storage
Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a fridge below 5˚c. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5˚c. To enjoy our salami at its best we recommend consuming before its best before date.

Chorizo - Pork, Salt, Pimenton de la Vera paprika DOP (2%), Spices, Herbs, Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Antioxidant, Sodium Ascorbate. Preservative: Sodium Nitrate.

Natural Pork Casing.

Prepared with 155g pork per 100g.

Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.

Coppa - Pork, Salt, Flavouring (Dextrose, Salt, Sacchrose, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate, Preservative: Potassium Nitrate) Preservative: Sodium Nitrite

Rosemary - Pork, Salt, Spice Extract, Dextrose, Rosemary (0.3%), Garlic Powder, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate, Preservative: Sodium Nitrite.

Filled into a collagen casing.

Prepared with 155g pork per 100g.

Cooking Chorizo - Pork, Salt, Paprika (2%), Spices, Natural Paprika Flavour, Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Herbs, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate, Preservative, Sodium Ascorbate, Preservative: Sodium Nitrite.

Made with 120g of pork per 100g of finished product.

Moisture is lost during drying.

Little Oinker Fennel - Pork, Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Fennel Seeds (0.3%), Garlic Powder, Antioxidant,: Sodium Ascorbate, Preservative: Sodium Nitrite.

Filled into a collagen casing.

Prepared with 155g pork per 100g. Filled into Natural hog casings.
