We make this Coppa on our family farm in Suffolk using our won and locally sourced outdoor bred, Freedom Food approved pork.
Coppa is produced from one of the best cuts of pork, the loin of the neck muscle called the Crop. We gently hand run the muscle with a special blend of salt and spiced. We leave the pork to cure before hanging it up to dry until the Coppa is ready.
Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a fridge below 5˚c. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5˚c. To enjoy our Charcuterie at its best we recommend consuming before its best before date.

For Orders to Main land England and Wales: These are despatched within 2-3 working days of receipt of order. We use Parcel Force, express24 as our courier service. Delivery is free for orders over £50 and £4.50 for orders under £50.
