Suffolk Salami with Fennel
We love the subtle aniseed flavour which carries through in this salami. If you like an aromatic aftertaste, then this is the one for you.
If you enjoy a glass of wine, we recommend pairing something with a little spicier like a young Italian red such as a Amarone or Valpolicella.
Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5˚c. To enjoy our salami at its best we recommend consuming before its best before date.
