We make these snack salami on our family farm using our own Pork which has been outdoor bred and finished in open straw barns. We add salt, spices, fennel seeds and garlic to our pork before drying them until they are ready to eat.

Suffolk Salami with Fennel
We love the subtle aniseed flavour which carries through in this snack salami. If you like an aromatic aftertaste, then this is the one for you.

Ideal for adding to a charcuterie board or just enjoying as a snack either on its own or with a nice glass of wine or a pint of beer.

Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool place. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5˚c. To enjoy our salami at its best we recommend consuming before its best before date.

Pork, Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Fennel Seeds (0.3%), Garlic Powder, Antioxidant,: Sodium Ascorbate, Preservative: Sodium Nitrite.

Filled into a collagen casing.

Prepared with 155g pork per 100g. Filled into Natural hog casings.

Moisture is lost during curing and maturation.

LAST ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS- Our last date for Christmas order will on Wednesday 14th December and we will reopen our shop on Tuesday 4th January.
