Smoked Suffolk Cooked Ham
Using our own family recipe re cure all our hams on site before lightly smoking them over Beech and Oak chipping before being slowly cooked to give it a succulent flavour and meaty texture.
Packed in a protective atmosphere. Store in a fridge below 5˚c. Once opened, keep refrigerated below 5˚c. To enjoy our salami at its best we recommend consuming before its best before date.
